120-year old fir floors were worn, scratched, and stained over decades. Didn't hold out much hope for them. They turned out even better than the sample photos we were shown. We didn't wait long for contract, the crew showed on time, were very efficient, and cleaned up all materials. Price is reasonable. Recommend highly.
